5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 5.2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 5.3. Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
